2. Information used by the app
The app stores information you enter: activities and schedules, results and notes, shopping lists and purchases, receipts, categories, expenses, monthly income, currencies, and documents or photos you attach. Depending on your entries, this may include personal and financial information. It is used for organisation, history, reminders, calculations and reports you request.
3. Where information is stored
Working data is stored in the app’s private space on your device. The described version does not require an account, does not sync with a developer server and includes no advertising or developer-operated usage analytics. The developer does not automatically receive your activities, receipts, income or documents.
4. Notifications and files
When enabled with the required Android permissions, reminders use the activities and times you configure. Information may appear on your lock screen according to your phone settings. File access or use of the camera app occurs when you choose to attach, photograph, save or restore a document. Contacts and location access are not required for the described features.
5. Export, backup and sharing
Backups and PDF reports are exported only on request. You choose the destination and sharing app; a cloud provider or recipient you select may receive the file under their own policies. Backups may contain the catalog and documents; PDFs contain report information without attached files. TinMinte does not add encryption to exported files. Keep them in a safe location and check the recipient before sharing.
6. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it, replace it through restoration, or clear app data in Android. Uninstalling normally removes the app’s private storage. A restoration also keeps a local copy of the previous data; clear app data or uninstall to remove all internal copies. Temporary PDFs may remain in cache; reports older than seven days are cleaned up when a new report is generated. Copies in Downloads, cloud storage, files sent to others and original photos must be deleted separately. There is no TinMinte account to delete.
7. Support messages and your rights
If you send an email, the developer receives your address, message and any attachments you choose, through the email service. These are used to respond and resolve your request and kept as long as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents. You may request information, correction or deletion of data sent to support using the contact address. Applicable legal rights, including the right to contact the competent data protection authority, remain unaffected. The developer cannot remotely access information stored only on your phone.
8. Security and this website
Android private storage and device security limit other apps’ access. TinMinte does not promise its own encryption of the catalog or exports; use a phone lock and protected backups. The website code adds no forms, advertising, tracking tools or cookies. The hosting platform may process technical access information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect its service. This is separate from the app’s local data.
