2. Using the app
Use the app lawfully and enter only information and files you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and the recipients you choose. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your documents to the developer.
3. Reminders and reports
Reminders depend on Android permissions, battery settings and device operation. Do not rely on them alone for critical situations. Reports reflect the records and links available when generated; they are not independent proof of an activity or payment. Currencies are kept separate without conversion. TinMinte is a personal record-keeping tool, not financial or tax advice or certified accounting.
4. Backups and data
Create backups regularly and keep them safe. A PDF report does not replace a backup. Restoration may replace current data. Losing your device, clearing app data or uninstalling may cause loss of information that has not been saved separately.
5. Availability and updates
Features may be corrected and improved through updates. Errors or interruptions may occur; check important information and report problems. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Components and privacy
The app may include open-source components under their own licences. Data handling is described in the Privacy policy. External backup, sharing or email services you choose have their own terms.
7. Contact and changes
For support, email the app version, phone model and steps leading to the issue, without unnecessary sensitive information. Changes to these terms will be published on this page with the updated date.
